Most founders assume the first step is to hire engineers, and that whatever they can afford to build at the start is a throwaway prototype they will have to replace later. Here it is neither: the factories supply the engineering discipline, and the same checks, reviews, and quality standards apply to the very first version as to everything built after it. One warning while you are shopping. Ignore anyone selling you a build-your-app-in-a-weekend shortcut — if it were that easy, they would not need to sell you anything. Building something that demos is genuinely easy now. Building something real customers can depend on is not, and the difference is everything below this line.
How you know it is right
The checking cannot depend on you being able to check.
You will not be reading the code, and any honest answer to how you know it is any good has to survive that. Software built quickly can look finished and still fall over the first time real people use it — and if you ask the thing that built it whether it works, it will say yes. So that is not where the answer comes from. Before anything reaches your customers, the product gets used the way a person would use it, by something other than whatever built it, and what happened is written down for you in plain English. When it is not right, it goes back before you ever see it.

You say what you want in the everyday chat, email, and notes you already use, and the factory turns that into working software. Think of it as a self-driving team — you choose where it goes, and the driving is done for you. The people who set it up are our own engineers, building it inside your business and alongside you — not off in an outside office you never see — so what they leave behind is yours and keeps working after the setup is done.
What it costs
No service fees until the factories are running.
It starts with a consult, and the first one is free: bring the idea, leave with the plan for your factory, whether or not you ever build it with us. After that, while they are being set up, the only money you spend goes to your own tools — your cloud provider, your AI subscriptions — billed at cost, on your own accounts, and paid straight to those providers rather than to us. Once the factories are running, we estimate a monthly retainer: a set amount to keep them running, staffed, and up to date. The terms are flexible, and at this earliest stage they are the most flexible of all.
