What we do with anything you send us

This page explains, in plain language, what Gunner Technology does with your information. This website uses one measurement tool, PostHog, to understand how the site is used: which pages people visit, what they click, and a replay of how a visitor moves through a page, so we can see where the site is confusing and fix it. Anything you might type on a page is masked in those replays before it leaves your browser, and the tool stores nothing on your device — no cookies and no saved identifiers — so every visit starts anonymous. PostHog is an outside company, and it holds those measurements on our behalf; we use them for one purpose, which is making this site better, and for nothing else. We do not sell them, we do not rent them, and we do not use them to follow you around the web with ads. Beyond those measurements, the only information we receive is what you choose to send us when you get in touch. The way to reach us is the form on our contact page, and you decide what to share: your name, your work email, your company if you want to name it, how you heard about us, and whatever you write in your message. The form also notes when you opened the page, which is only used to tell a person filling it in from a program filling it in instantly. What you send is stored in the system we use to keep track of conversations with the people who contact us, so that a real person can reply and remember the thread later. We use it for one purpose: to reply to you and start that first conversation. We keep it only as long as we need it to respond and to carry on the conversation you started, and we delete it once it is no longer needed for that — or sooner, whenever you ask. To have us delete what you have sent, email support@gunnertech.com; a real person reads that inbox. When we later add tools such as online scheduling, each of those is run by an outside provider — and when we turn one on, we will name that provider here and say what it receives, before it starts handling anything you send.
